Where a yield, an occupancy rate or an annual income figure is shown, the page states whether it is verified against operating records or estimated. Estimates are our reading of comparable properties. They are not a forecast, a promise, or a financial product.

Past rental performance does not predict future rental performance. Property values in Bali can and do fall.
